All users must be logged in to order new services, manage existing ones or open support tickets. The email address must be verified after sign up process in order to login to user accounts through Symmcom Client Area.
Symmcom Client Area is a user portal where all aspects of services can be managed, pay bills, see service status, etc. The client area can be accessed through the following link: https://cloud.symmcom.com
If you are already signed up with user account to access the Symmcom Client Area, there may be several reasons not being able to log in.
I cannot remember the user name
The username is always the full email address used during the account creation process.
I cannot remember the password
It is ok to forget the password, especially if it is a hard one. Just click on forgot password link from the login screen and you will receive a password reset URL. Be sure to use the correct email address of the user.
